“Purchased two pocket watches for Xmas presents, but the items didn't arrive after a few days of waiting (postal strikes) I rang Farrar Tanner customer services and they went above and beyond my expectations. Two watches arrived the next day in time for Xmas day. Thank you, My two boys love them.”
