“We bought this watch as a special 40th Birthday gift for our Son & he is absolutely over the moon with it. The engraving was beautifully done as requested I also enquired before hand as to the correct way to wind it up properly so that the timepiece is used to its best & Jamie from Customer Service was so helpful! If it isn't clicking whilst winding the it unfortunately sounds as though it has a fault. “Brought this pocket watch as a gift for my fathers 80th birthday & he loves it. Loves the detail, the inscription & the design.
