“Due to a technical problem with the website, the ordered pocket watch came without engravement. A contact to resolve the problem was interrupted by their side. Apparently they are not willing to help their customers once they sold their stuff! Now I have to find a jewelmaker here to make the engravement on a watch he did not sell. Never again for me...”

Dear Frank, you needed to check the tickbox on the product page should you require engraving then add to basket. We have sold 10000s of engraved products and have not experienced this issue before. We also offer a free returns service which you can use to send the pocket watch should you need to. Many thanks Matt

“I ordered a pocket watch for my husbands 65th but because I know nothing about watches I though the engraving around the mechanism was the engraving on the front. I’m so upset because I know he won’t be pleased with it. I can’t return it because it has been engraved with his name. I wish the photos had shown the front of the watch as being plain. So be careful when you look at the photos it can be deceiving if you know nothing about them”
