“We had a problem with the first watch we received and got in touch with Farrar & Tanner. The service we received was nothing short of outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and we received the replacement watch in two days. Everybody was friendly and courteous, we could not fault them, well done! I would recommend Farrar & Tanner to anybody.
