“Let down by the quality. Purchased item arrived faulty which should have been noticed before sending. Item was for a special occasion which and was not fit for purpose. Hugely disappointed. Great customer service to compensate for the error as there no time to return and replace. Hopefully this was a 1 as other reviews are very good.”

We sent the Moet out on the same day as purchased via DPD and tracking comes automatically from the courier to your mobile. Perhaps as it is an international mobile number the information may not have reached you without a country code. Once we'd heard from you that your parcel hadn't arrived we confirmed your address and sent it again. Tracking showed that the item had been halted and the original parcel had been returned to us. We were happy to send to an alternative address but instead refunded you in full as requested. We were more than happy to resolve this and I feel we tried to do. Regards, Farrar & Tanner
