“It’s a shame the customer service hasn’t been great post receiving the product. I have emailed numerous times asking for them to send me a replacement and messaged on social media and received replies they will be in touch but they never were. The glass arrived chipped - a real shame. I had to gift it as a 30th birthday present chipped as I received no response”

“Glass looked cheap and when opening packaging a shard of glass became embedded in my finger. I returned the glasses and mentioned this glass shard - the company failed to acknowledge. I do not recommend”
