“The set is beautiful and of a superb standard. Not the full 5 stars however as I paid additionally for engraving and only one of the two items were engraved. No response to my contact to try and get this rectified before the birthday for which it was due as a gift. Such a shame!”

“I purchased this set as a gift for my mom. I paid the extra fee to have them engraved with her initials. When the page came up where I was to type in what was to be engraved, there was a picture of the mist sprayer. I didn't think anything about it and typed in my mom's initials. Only the mist sprayer was engraved. When I contacted customer support, they said that the mist sprayer was the only one that would fit in their engraver. They don't tell you that on their website. Now I have to find a local engraver to complete the gift. The quality of the items appears to be top-knotch.”

I am from Australia… I ordered my mum’s Mother’s Day present at 9pm on the 28/4 and On the 2/5 received my mums Haws watering can by lunch time.
