“I absolutely love my Sabatier Maison Edgekeeper Knife. It's the perfect knife for slicing and chopping vegetables. It's great for preparing veg for a Chinese stir fry. The blade is extremely sharp and the handle is just the right weight and warm to touch. Preparing a meal has reached a whole new dimension!”
