“Exceptional throughout. This was a gift for my mother. The service was great - one of the only times where you are able to get something personalised and sent to the recipient within day rather than waiting weeks. And the product, I am told, fantastic. A big thank you as it really did help a birthday during lockdown feel like a special birthday.”
