“I have only got a slim box which the port is in only cheese and bisc.just lying the packaging .lt is not the picture of that one now.When l ordered that was the picture they were all together in the box.As l said in in my conversation with you no initials on lid ..p”

Hi Joan, when you called us about the engraving we confirmed that the engraving detail hadn't come through but we were happy to send out a replacement box lid with engraving - I'm a little confused as we sent out the large box lid which was the correct one for the items you'd ordered, and wouldn't have fitted if you'd not had the correct box. I'm hopeful that all ended well and your recipient enjoyed the gifts!
