“Unfortunately when I received my gift box, the box had been damaged in transit. However after a phone call to their customer services, a new box was sent out without question and arrived the next day 'undamaged' I was able to transfer my wine and the gift was complete. A lovely personal touch to a gift. I will definitely use them again.”
