“Box was a present to my sister and husband to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They were delighted with it. It was all well packaged and arrived very quickly and safely. Customer Care were GREAT - I had made a mistake on the wording to be put on the box. An email to Customer Care was responded to very quickly and my mistake corrected prior to the box being despatched - Excellent”

“the wine arrived damaged when I complained I was sent a very complicated download form from paypal which I don't know how to complete so paypal closed the case so im giving a poor review”

Hi Warren, really sorry to hear that your wine box arrived damaged, if you had called us or emailed we could have sent out a replacement for you on a next day delivery. Not sure why you went via PayPal, as this is usually for unresolved disputes. Rest assured this is very rare and we have applied £10 in funds to your account by way of apology. Many thanks Matt

“Gift box and engraving is great. Delivery was very quick. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the wine as my husband hasn’t drunk it yet but i’m sure it will be good,”
