Handcrafted from bronze and brass, this stunning Manopoulos chess set honours Cycladic art and brings its characters to life. The weighted bronze pieces depict the broad shouldered king standing alongside his pregnant queen as the centrepiece of the set.A minimal bishop, knight from the war of Troy and a replica marble entrance for the castle complete this line of pieces. To the front, the pawns are modelled on an idol of the Cycladic period. An engraved message can be added to a brass plate on the lid of the presentation box for a beautifully unique gift.
