“Knives O.K ( purchased two) but is pictured in a BOX in the website. They do not come in a box but in a transparent plastic 'sleeve'. I even enquired as to purchasing boxes as I was so disappointed that the box illustrated did NOT come with the knives. I did NOT even receive a reply. Poor customer service.”
