“The gift was lovely, however, I was very disappointed that the clasp was loose. One screw wasn't screwed in and was in the bottom of the packaging and the other screw was only part screwed in. I was offered to return for a replacement but it was too late as a wedding gift for my son so I screwed the screws in myself.”
