“The product, when I eventually received what I actually ordered, was very nice but the service was poor. First of all it was engraved incorrectly, when I emailed to let you know it was incorrect I was told it was correct, the paperwork said the correct message but the box message missed the ’60th’ so I sent photos of the paperwork and the engraving on the box. It was then agreed that it was wrong and was told on the Wednesday that a correct box would be dispatched Thursday and I would receive it Friday but could I send a photo of the paperwork and also one of the box, I sent photos for a second time pointing out I had already sent photos previously. Friday evening, no box, Tuesday, still no box so I sent you another email saying I still hadn’t received it and could I have the tracking number. I was then told they were waiting for me to confirm that I wanted a replacement box so I replied back saying I had already confirmed that I wanted it the previous Wednesday. I still hadn’t received the replacement so emailed on Thursday to say I needed it for Friday. Finally I received it on Friday. The order was placed on 16th June and I finally received it on 28th June. I think the service was terrible and although the product was good I will definitely not be ordering from you in the future. My husband and I run our own business and certainly would not treat a customer the way I have been treated. Amanda Hill”

“A very nice lady rang to say they were out of stock of Malbec and gave us other options which were totally acceptable. The engraved box has made for a very nice special birthday gift. Delivery was very good and I am very pleased with my purchase and will order from this company again.”
