“I feel sad rating this as a poor as the whole process and delivery quick. The gift was really lovely but sadly I had opted for a PERSONALISED gift and when it arrived it wasnt. As it was for a special occasion I had to go ahead and give it to the recipient regardless. Dissapointed. Carole.”
