“Initially we had problems with Royal Mail and a poor delivery service but Farrar and Tanner rectified that by sending out another bottle next day delivery. The wine was excellent and the customer service from Farrar and Tanner was second to none. I would certainly deal with them again. a+”

“I ordered this for a friends 70th birthday present- his preference being white wine . He was really pleased with the gift and presentation box . It was only when he sent a photo of the wine and a glass to toast his birthday that we realised red wine had been sent! Initially I was unsure whether it was my mistake but upon receiving your email to review I realised I had ordered correctly. However he thoroughly enjoyed the wine - and I therefore have no qualms about a 4* rating (would have been 5 for the correct order)”

“I bought this as a 60th birthday gift for a family friend which was delivered on time. The recipient’s feedback was that the personalised presentation was beautiful and the drink was an absolute delight. I will definitely use this company again because the first gift that I ordered from “Not on the High Street” was never delivered and missed the special occasion which was disappointing until I found this wonderful company and thank you.”
