“Ordered for a birthday present, but unfortunately the product arrived damaged - dents to top of set, plus hinge bolts falling away. Customer service suggested a return which was not achievable when isolating and the birthday imminent. As a handmade piece which was expensive, it should have been thoroughly checked prior to despatched, especially considering current climate and restrictions to return. No suggestion or email to follow up. The company were well aware it was a birthday gift considering they inscribed the message on the item. Disappointing and won’t use or recommend the company again.”

Dear Michelle, sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. We have since upgraded both our delivery service and packing materials to ensure the heavier boards arrive in good condition.
