“This item was a gift for my partner who is a Chateauneuf fan. The box is of good quality and the engraved message is beautifully done. The whole presentation is a exactly what I wanted, my partner will love it ( unfortunately he has to wait until Christmas Day to open his gift)”

“What a very professional company from ordering online to recieving my order the customer service was excellent. I was looking for a gift for my sister and brother in law for there pearl wedding anniversary, they were so pleased with this gift especially as i had it personalised for them. I was abit worried about it arriving safely, but did not need to be as it arrived well packaged and very quickly. Thankyou Farrar & Tanner.”

“The product arrived with one of the latches completely not working. It appears whoever screwed the box together forced it in too much as the wood was damaged with a large hole. Even attempting to fix it with a screwdriver didn’t help. Very disappointing for a company that creates gift boxes to send out something like this as it really takes away from the ‘special’ element that you pay a premium for. It was sad to see our friend let down with the quality of this.”
