“The delivery and presentation of wine in Personalised wood gift boxes were fine. One was in the wrong box which was disappointing but on highlighting this to the Company they were immediately apologetic and issued a token refund, which I appreciated. I would have no hesitation in dealing with them in the future.”

“Over priced. The box was poor quality. The bottom part of the latch was not attached as it hadn’t not been screwed on! I expected better quality for the extra price I was paying for the presentation. Wouldn’t buy from you again”

“Delivery significantly delayed mainly as a result of Royal Mail strike but communication on updates to delivery was poor. I sent two emails, the second after 10 days following my original order when the win still hadn’t arrived. I was disappointed that the email wasn’t replied to and there was no follow up”
