“The wooden box is high quality and the champagne was delicious. I'd ordered later than planned and was concerned it wouldn't arrive in time. I spoke to a very helpful lady who, without hesitation, immediately upgraded my delivery to "next day", free of charge. I'd only called to check what date I was likely to receive it. Very positive experience all round from the ordering/delivery chat through to the quality of the product when it arrived. Would highly recommend.”
