“I was sorry that you do not have the full range of Remy Martin, The presentation box is good And the printing is fine the inside could be a bit more up to a fine cognac champagne like a silk linings while straw is fine for more robust drinks. “The reason that I haven't given a 'very good' rating is due to the fact that there were marks on the wooden gift box. These marks were due to rough handling and perhaps not enough protective packaging. Not serious enough to warrant an exchange due to the hassle of re-ordering and sending existing one back. It has taken the shine off the product for me though.”

Hi Jennifer, As this order was placed on the 10th at 4:36 PM after our cut off point (2PM) it got processed and dispatched the following day. Therefore there was a "delay" on delivery. However, as this was clearly just a misunderstanding. I have refunded you postage. Kind Regards, Sabina
