“It comes in a lovely leather effect box although the colour could be a bit smarter. The board itself is beautiful but a bit small, the pieces are very crowded on it”

“This is a beautiful chess set which I bought for my son in law for Christmas. Unfortunately, the white queen was broken when he unwrapped it even though it was packaged very well. Please would you let me know how to go about getting a replacement piece please? My son in law was thrilled with his chess set but the broken piece was really disappointing. J Baker”
