“Lovely steak and sauce. We e never tried hangar steak before and need to practice some more as it was a bit too rare for us on our first try. Thank you to Farmison for introducing us to it, we will keep practising! And the sauce was delicious!”

“Beautiful chunk of steak. We cooked it on the Green Egg following the instructions given my Farmison and it was gorgeous, good level of pink but still crust on the outside!”
