“Immense centrepiece for Christmas Day! Took a little longer to cook than anticipated, but beautiful tasty and tender bird that subsequently found its way into curry and pie as well. Impressive-looking as well as tasting great, all of the meaties around the table loved it, and even the veggies were impressed!”
