“Not a fan of Turkey but always cook itfor guests on Christmas Day. However, I am now a convert to both sous vide and turkey. The best turkey I have ever tasted, very moist, flavoursome, succulent and easy to cook and crave. All my guests commented on the flavour, moistness and quality of the meat. Certainly buy it again and recommend to others.”

“I usually buy this for Christmas dinner and it always delivers: Very good quality, fresh, moist, easy to cook and carve. Any leftovers go in turkey and sausage stuffing sandwiches and it’s still tender and delicious even a day or two later! Highly recommended either on its own or as a nice companion for another centrepiece. You can’t go wrong!”
