“Lovely juicy breast that cooks in less than an hour. I cooked 2 for a large party and it took all the stress out of feeding and carving with plenty of spare. My only criticism would be the flavour is slightly over influenced by the sous vide marinade, so tastes different from a breast from a whole cooked turkey, but that wouldn’t stop me buying them again.”

“Absolutely delicious turkey. We ate it for 2 days and then I froze it so that we can enjoy it again. It was the nicest, tastiest turkey we've had for years.”

“Excellent meat as always from Farmison. I had never had sous vide meat before, but it cooked according to the instructions, and was lovely and moist. We had two joints and one would have been enough for Christmas Day. We had plenty of meat from sandwiches, to have cold and the cats got very fat. I can't recommend Farmison meat enough. Also they have excellent customer servie. Just wish I could buy all my meat from them.”
