“Ordering process was simple. We ordered a 32 Day Aged Sirloin Joint for Christmas. Picked up from the Ripon shop en route to Scotland. Collection was efficient and I can recommend their ketchup too! Friendly team, great piece of meat. Will almost certainly order again.”

“An excellent piece of beef. Expensive, but worth it for Christmas lunch. Delivery was bang on time, too. This is the second year I've used Farmisons for my Christmas meat, and I will continue to do so.”

“Have done many times and this is an amazing piece of beef with great taste. Slow cooked on the Green Egg for a couple of hours and then reverse Seared over a high heat. 53 degrees rare and to perfection. thoroughly recommend!”
