“This exemplary piece of meat held the beefiest of beef flavour I have ever tasted! When cooked to perfection with a ‘reputable digital thermometer’ and rested properly on Christmas Day, the result was juicy, tender meat self basted from the rich fat on top which ended up crispy and was utterly delicious. I just felt that the animal lived a contented life and was well looked after in its entirety. Incredible!”

“The rib of beef I bought was very tasty and tender! I cooked it medium rare and everyone who ate it enjoyed it. It was advertised as enough for six people, five of us had it with enough for second helpings (and scraps for the dog) plus cold cuts for two the following day. I am very happy with the quality and the service.”

“The outwood appearance of the Fore Rib seemed fine but the inner was largely fat which probably resulted in a total of only 30% of beef which was very dissapointing and meant the servings were less than we would have liked.”
