“Simply never arrived. They sent me a 400g ham insteada of my 1.5kg sous vide beef sirloin, no communication, no explanation until I contacted them to complain. THen they said they run out/oversold the item, but offered only an account credit for HALF the price they took when I ordered. When I complained further they said of course we're procvessing a refund too, but it took over a fortnight after delivery was due, to arrive. And I'd already repeatedly told them I didn't want a refund, I wanted the 1.5kg beef sirloin I'd bought and paid for and had them take my money. I even said if they really couldn't provide the sous-vide product any more, I'd accept an uncooked one - which they do have and are still selling nearly a month later. They've simply ignored that, and I'm torn between trading standards, buyin the same product elsewhere and suiong them for the price difference, or both. They continue to just ignore me.”

“The meat was so tender it just melted in your mouth. I know we hear this phrase frequently but that’s what it did. Instructions were perfect no problem”

“I ordered sirloin of beef and paid for it. I received an email to say it was over subscribed due to a fault with your IT system and it was not available. This meat was for a special New Year occasion and a number of people were let down.”

“Superb, rapid solidly frozen delivery as usual, but for the moment my beef has been lodged in our freezer. We fully expect a first class product as experienced before - will update the review accordingly. A company to use with every confidence.”
