“Arrived well packaged and still frozen but decided to defrost and batch cook it anyway. Liked that I could cut it into pieces myself as often the pre-cut pieces are too small for really long slow cooking, Made a great ragu and enough beef stew\pie filling for the freezer. Very good value.”
