“Arrived quickly sous vide with shelf life of 2 weeks, although i froze it. Defrost and in oven for 25mins, quick easy and excellent tatse with plenty of meat on each leg. My son said its comparible to the duck with herbs served in South West France, which is a great compliment. The taste was amazing and truly enjoyable. Bravo Farmison Chef....”
