“This was an excellent fillet of Beef. We cooked it very rare and it was tender and absolutely delicious! Every single bit was eaten with no waste whatsoever so it was well worth the price. We will shop with Farmison again!”

“The most beautiful piece of meat. Tender and delicious and a really good size. I chopped 2 good steaks off and made a wellington for 8. Absolutely stunning. Worth every penny.”

“I purchased the whole fillet of beef for our Christmas Eve dinner. The beef tasted wonderful. It had real depth of flavour and was beautifully tender. We cooked it medium rare and everyone commented on how good it was. I would definitely recommend.”
