“The difference in flavour from supermarket meat is so stark it makes eating supermarket pork feel as though ypou are eating cardboard. These loin steaks have so much flavour it is criminal to add annything to them unless you really fancy a certain style ie Mexican spiced, Italian herbed etc. I have give packs of these to my in-laws and close friends who all now rave about their taste.”
