“Bought as a Valentine’s day treat. Smoked it and then reverse-seared. The meat was incredible and well worth the price. It was a little over 900g and would probably stretch to three people (with sides). I’ll definitely order again. Ordering and delivery were good. I was able to choose a delivery date and received a delivery window on the day, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!”

“Absolutely superb. Tenderness, juiciness and flavour like I haven’t tasted before. I’ve been trying and looking to get some quality meat for a long time and finally I found it. Not even in some of the best restaurants where they charged you at least 120£ for the same peace of meat and I’ve been trying quite a few here and in Spain. Great experience. Thanks very much”

“We had this for a NYE meal for two. It was delicious. Fabulous flavour and beautifully tender. There was more than the two of us could eat the first night so we had the leftovers on a bagel the next day and then I used a bone to make a Scotch broth in the slow cooker. So what seemed an expensive cut was, in the end, great value!”

“Excellent flavour. Plus it cooks great roast vegetables in the fat . Very tender tasty beef. The cut is just lovely. Well worth the money paid. At the end of the day you get the quality you pay for.”
