“These Indonesian Style Rump Steak Skewers were so good that I ordered more. The marinade was absolutely delicious and for me was a lesson in the benefit of marinating good sized chunks of steak for agood amount of time. It made the steak so very tender, delicately fragrant and delicious. There are so many options on how to serve them, with a lovely sticky rice, or a pitta filled with a mixture of salad and steak.”
