“Very tasty Merguez sausages. Cooked them in the oven at 180C fan for 20 mins (would’ve preferred to use the bbq but the weather let us down!). Only improvement for me would be a little more spice/heat, but I’m no expert on Merguez sausages, so they may be spot on authentic. Ordering and delivery was a good experience. I was able to choose a delivery date and received a delivery window on the day. Packaging was good. Will definitely purchase again.”

“These are a fantastic example of a merguez sausage , simply pan fried and served in a sourdough baguette with either Dijon mustard mixed with mayonnaise or harissa mayonnaise, either way you won't be disappointed. The aromatics and spices are perfect with the lamb flavour being bold enough to carry it. Looking forward to having these on the bbq if we get any decent weather this coming year. Highly recommended”
