“Delivered on date promised and lasted for 3 days to eat on Xmas day. Nicely presented pastry on the wellington. The fillet was a lovely flavour. I used a Meater thermometer to cook rather than use the website timings so cooked to a perfect rare.. The family didn’t like the mushroom content that much so it’s back to home made next time although appreciated the convenience this year.”

“A very good product meat very tender, the pastry was mouthwatering and thr mushroom duxelle was delicious. Easy to cook and great cooking instructions. I would order again for sure. I used to order from waitrose not anymore”

“We’d had the beef wellington for 4 a couple of years ago which was brilliant and so when we were having a New Year’s Eve in just the two of us we thought we’d make life easier and buy in a small BW from Farmison. Unfortunately the meat was quite tough (it looked great - the rare side of medium rare) and the pastry not cooked enough but, as we didn’t want to overcook the fillet, couldn’t cook any longer.”
