“This was the best piece of beef we have eaten in decades. It was tender and yielding, capable of being sliced very thinly. The flavour of the meat was fabulous and the fat was rich and creamy . It might seem expensive at first sight but we had six servings so it was much more economical -and markedly better for flavour- than many other cuts of beef we have purchased elsewhere. Thank you Farmison. We have just ordered another one since enjoying this on Boxing Day.”
