“OMG was this Wagyu? Having followed the instructions and an internal temperature of 52 degrees. Served with its own juices on rice with broccoli it looked magnificent n the platter. Actually, no need for a knife - it was just sooooo tender and somehow disappeared in the mouth entirely. Packed with flavour as I remember beef of my childhood. It was a shame to have company and shared some. The dog was treated to the bone after I had found some morsels left behind. Simply magnificent!”

“Unfortunately the tomahawk that I received was rather underwhelming, the amount of meat was disappointing due to the amount of fat. It was just an unfortunate cut this time round, the lamb was beautiful though.”
