Such a lot of tasty meat for the money. I followed the recipe on the Farmison website and it worked perfectly. we ate it with red cabbage slaw , pickles and baked potatoes; we had it shredded on broiche buns with hot sauce; cold in sandwiches and with a salad. Not exactlt BBQ weather at the moment but would be great for a crowd

Splendid Butt, fell apart when cooked following recipe advice. Succulent and tasty, a winner for our family Christmas gathering and great value. Farmison delivers again!

Absolutely delicious simple to make family supper. The quality of the meat was superb and using the recipe meant it was cooked perfectly.

We slow cook on low for 5 hrs then in oven for 2 hrs wrapped in foil, absolutely delicious. The meat falls apart and the top is lovely and crispy. Have served this a couple of times when we have had a lot of visitors, goes down a storm. Served with coleslaw and roasted sweet potatoes.

I have purchased the Sweet Pepper Rubbed Boston Butt twice now and slow cooked it as recommended. Everyone who ate it commented on how delicious it was and once they started on the pulled pork they really didn't want to stop. I would highly recommend giving this joint a go and I am sure you will be back for more.

Utterly delightful. I can’t say it was easy to wait for the 7 hours of cooking / resting but it was worth it…so much so I went online and ordered a load more - I advise ordering soon, I’ve made space in the freezer…
