“Excellent quality, I really liked the different types of steak, tasty and tender. The slices were just the right thickness too, ( I was worried they might have been too thin) but I needn’t have worried. I made a beef stroganoff and they were perfect. Next time they will be great for spicy beef fajitas too.”

“I usually buy steak strips with each order. They are a great reserve for a quick meal but actually, the flavour is also yummy. They can easily be marinated, served with faghitas or chips, even mash and gravy. Just leave some for me!”

“To begin, I like fillet, i like serloin, but these steak strips being fillet, rib and serloin, seared in the pan for a maximum of a few minutes, are thee most succulent, tender and tastiest of meats. Nothing more to say.....another order placed!”
