“This 2.5kg joint of pork was great value for money. I slow cooked it for 15 hours and it jus fell apart wonderfully tender with very little fat. I wanted to try free-range meat compared to the supermarket and was not dissappointed. The flavour was superb! There was enough meat to feed at least five people - great value for money.”

“After the Christmas madness we wanted spice. So we made Mexican Chilorio to go with tortillas and salsa. Chilorio depends on good quality pork. Initially you just poach it. In salted water. Tough call. It needs to be flavourful on its own, fatty but not too much. This was perfect. The quality and taste were extraordinary. I cant recommend it enough.”

“I cooked it on a low and slow. 11 hours later, easily pulled apart to make brilliant pulled pork.”
