“This is an absolutely divine and forgiving cut of meat, which following the recipe on Farmison for 3 hours as our oven is powerful… gave us real beefy flavour, so tender and slide off the bone, with minimal shrinkage which meant we had enough leftovers for another day. Outstanding and delicious.”
