“The beef shin provided was from the Aberdeen Angus breed. I used it to make a steak pie, and after browning and cooking it in the oven at 150°C for 3 hours, the beef wast superb. The small amount of fat on the beef rendered down, enhancing the overall flavor. Excellent product, great value for money, and superb service as always. Thoroughly recommend and will be a repeat purchase on many occasions.”
