“An amazing joint of pork. You can really taste the difference. I am very fussy about the meat I eat and this did not disapoint. The meat was juicey and the crackling out of this world. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I'm already planning my January purchase. Keep up the great work Farmison”

“We bought two legs to meet the numbers and apetites expected. I took off the skin in order to cook it separately for the best cracking I've ever tasted. I did need to restring the joint again, but it was worth it. Perhaps Farmisons could offer it in this form if required. The pork itself cooked superbly and was moist and flavoursome. One joint I stuffed and cooked as porchetta and one plain. Both got a really good response from our diners. I would not hesitate from buying again. It is not until you taste well-farmed pork like this that you realise how insipid the taste of most supermarket-sourced equivalents really are. Well worth paying for in order to get the best quality product.”
