“The grouse was wonderful, full of flavour and tender. I’d definitely buy this again. Easy to cook, seared first with bacon and juniper berries. Finished off in the oven, accompanied with a fine jus, blackberries , seasonal vegetables and paired with a fine burgundy it makes a special meal.”
