“Do not use DHL. Package was sat in local delivery center for 2 days and delivered late - the tracking service was very good in shewing this. You cannot contact them to discuss delivery - a very poor customer service. Avoid like the plague. This echos the experience from an another supplier”

Hi Dave, Thank you for your feedback, I'm so sorry to hear your delivery was delayed by the couriers. The courier networks were overwhelmed with parcels in the run-up to Christmas with an unforeseen increase in volume in part due to the recent Royal Mail strikes, this caused some delivery depots to become backlogged with parcels resulting in delivery delays. I'm really sorry your order was affected by this, however, I am pleased to hear our packaging kept your order in good condition despite the delay and that you enjoyed the goose and lamb received. “I had to collect or wait at least another day, making it a two day delay. No support from carrier, but at least they found the parcel when I went to collect.”
