“A good fully flavoured, well-textured goose. I was able to extract the giblets for the freezer, but then had to cut the bag to remove half the fat. The fat could be packed separately. Goose thawed in the 3 days I had available BUT I did not have time to remove the very many very large quills. It meant that some of the delicious crisp skin could not be eaten. The geese should be more thoroughly plucked. But on the whole I am delighted. js”
